5 Ways to Make Every Day Feel Like the Weekend

4a

I try not to be a person who spends her entire week counting down to the weekend. But I have to admit that sometimes it's just damn hard, especially if I work a lot, beautiful sun is shining outside and there’s one month left until my holiday. This feeling of freedom, laziness which you feel on Saturday and Sunday is amazing, so I decided to add some elements to my daily routine which remind me of my weekend schedule.

Trend alert: Flounces

5a

Not all this year's trends are my favorite. I wrote you about it in THIS post. I‘m still not convinced to shapeless jeans, patches, kitten heels or gigantic, wide arms trend. I'm very tempted to add a bit of fuchsia colour into my wardrobe – so far I smear it only as an accent on my lips;) and  flounces! They decorate blouses, dresses, skirts, trousers or even boots - Flounce rulez !. Thanks to  flounce this spring-summer season is full of femininity and romanticism, and it’s really in my style.

Modern Cinderella

4a

I think if Cinderella had ball in 2017 then she would certainly wear crystallized fishnet tights (fishnet tights are available HERE) instead of glass high heels. I think that modern princess wouldn’t choose  long, ballroom dress with tulle and lace but she would choose  something more versatile, or simply little black dress;) I wonder if only fashion trends have changed since Brothers Grimm's Cinderella or the concept of  princess has also evolved ? Would Cinderella still be gentle and fragile young lady today who dutifully carries out the orders or would she be militant feminist who fights for her rights?

Date? Definitely yes! Even tonight ;)

23ab

When was the last time you went on a date? And this question is not only for  singles. The answer that you are in a relationship for some time is just  an excuse. If you have a long term partner, then he/she is even a better candidate for dating  and the person you need to take care of. A relationship cannot survive on its own. It needs  care and nurturing like garden. Even  undemanding plants like cactuses require watering. Dating is probably the most enjoyable part of relationship  for both you and your partner , but I see among my friends in relationships that dates are rarely practice. Kiedy ostatni raz byliście na randce? I to nie jest pytanie tylko do...

Figurativeness. Uncovered shoulders

18b

Off-the-shoulder blouses, dresses, sweaters is a trend which survived last summer. Autumn and winter was full of off-the-shoulder sweaters and dresses and apparently they will appear this spring as well. Anyway, bare shoulders are nothing new in fashion, this type of cuts have already appeared in the eighteenth century.

How to wear bell/ trapeze dress ?

1a

Bell dress – it’s for romantics, this in A - line- for minimalists and trapeze dress - for fans of mathematics and classics;) It all comes down to the fact that this dress is widening from the shoulders to the hem. The history of trapeze dress begins in the fashion house Dior - when the designer decided to create an outfit in a  shape of the letter A and thus departed from strong emphasizing the waist. Such cuts were heavily promoted by Polish La Mania. Victoria Beckham also took a liking to this cut. I’m not surprised because once she said: ” I dress sexily – but not in an obvious way. Sexy in a virginal way.” I think I would describe this dress exactly like that...
